| In a world of declining customer service to find someone like Sharon Finch is truly a treasure. Throughout our move Sharon Finch went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Before we came to town she sent us information to educate us on the area and to help us narrow our search. Our first trip house hunting in Charlotte found us in the middle of the biggest ice storm in years and in a region-wide power outtage. Sharon juggled showings and made the best of a bad situation. Despite most of Charlotte being without power, Sharon was able to find us our dream home. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the region is "unmatched" in comparison to others we met in the real estate business - allowing us to quickly focus on a location that met our needs and lifestyle. Sharon's support didn't end there. Our home was new construction and we were moving from Chicago, a bit of a distance for making those "dropby" visits to view progress. Sharon acted as our contact for the contractors and did much of the running to get samples. She even contacted someone to measure the windows for blinds. I really don't know how we could have gotten through this whole process without Sharon and her personal touch. I know we wouldn't have been able to do new construction living half way across the country. In the office, many of us relocating to the area who have used her services share Sharon Finch's success and appreciation stories.
